We had cold meatballs served there once and they took it back an changed the meal (didn't just reheat it). The Hotel Vinuela is light years away in quality, but you'll get a better welcome at Pantano's. Remember, always eat at weekends (Sunday preferably) since then more people will attend the food will be better; weekdays will result in some food disasters we find.
