After the rudeness we encountered at Hotel Viñuela, El Pantano was a welcome change! The waiters are very kind and dogs are allowed, albeit only on the balcony. The view of the wonderfully blue lake is much better here than at Hotel Viñuela as well!

We almost ate at Hotel La Viñuela, but were repelled by the gross rudeness of the waiter. We had been told by the bored girl at the reception that dogs weren´t allowed in the hotel or the restaurant, but that we could eat on the terraza. Great, because it was a lovely day.

The Spanish beauty had to cancel some of her promotional work in Cannes because she was felled by food poisoning. Pene is in Cannes promoting two new films, Nine and Broken Embraces.
