Penelope Cruz won her first Oscar for Best Supporting Actress last night in The Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles, the first Spanish actress ever to win an Oscar. In an emotional speech Pene said: “This is not going to be 45 seconds, I can say that right now. Has anybody ever fainted here? Because I might be the first one. Thank you so much to the Academy. ”
She dedicated her prize to her parents, her brother and sisters and all Spanish actors.
Boyfriend and alledged fiance Javier Bardem was noticably absent due to ´scheduling conflicts´. Yeah right! What do you think? Did they break up? Are they really that private? Is Pene pregnant? She has that look…
