Market is struggling at the moment and not being helped by the current financial crisis and the stringent criteria set by the banks when attempting to obtain a mortgage. LTV is at a max 60% making it very difficult for the average person to get their foot on the ladder. Hopefully things will pick up soon. Same here on the Costa del Sol and all over.
